Abbott NutriVigor Muscle Training Seminar

After a period of tough training, there might not be obvious improvement since some people neglect the importance of training muscles. Long run training would lead to loss of muscles in which runners may get hurt easily. Abbott and Mr. Winter Tsui, a registered trainer of The Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association jointly organized a couple of training classes for marathon before. SportsExpo 2019 is glad to have Winter to share with us some tips on strengthening muscles. Don’t miss out if you want to have more ideas to improve yourself!

HMB is Your Choice to Strengthen Muscles!

Speaker: Registered trainer of The Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association - Mr. Winter Tsui
Summary: Practicing running for a long time may lead to loss of muscles which require protein to restore. After the age of 40, the amount of muscles will greatly reduce by 8% every 10 years. In this seminar, Mr. Winter Tsui will share his routine in muscles training and some healthy diet suggestions.

  5. The quota will be cancelled if the participants do not show up 15 minutes after the start of the event.
  6. The Organizers reserve the rights to refuse any entry to participate for any inappropriate behaviour.
  7. Participants are required to take care of their personal property during the event. The organizer is not responsible for any loss incurred from their participation in the workshop.
  8. Organizer reserves the rights to cancel, change or delay the activity on-site due to the adverse weather condition.
  9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the organizers.
  10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
