  1. Which part do I need to pay extra attention when registering for SportsExpo 2021?

    Please fill in all the information carefully.
    Please fill in your correct email to make sure you can receive emails from us.Please fill in your true name and contact number. We may request to verify your identity on site.

  2. How would I receive the tickets after registration?

    You will receive an email upon successful purchase.
    Log in to the member account and you will get the admission ticket on the "My Account" page.

  3. What information will be included in the confirmation email?

    There will be a registration number, your name, email and chosen date in the confirmation email.

  4. Why I can’t receive the confirmation email after registration?

    The confirmation email will be sent to your mail box within 7 days after registration. Please check spam if you could not find the email.

  5. Can I register for others?

    Yes! You can share the tickets at “My Account” after registration.
    Step 1: Click “Shareable” tickets at “Admission Tickets” page
    Step 2: Click “Share tickets”
    Step 3: Fill in the email address of whom you would like to share with.

  6. How to use the tickets shared by others?

    Click the link in the email received from “Share tickets”. Log in by using Sportsoho member account and you will find your tickets at “My Account”.

  7. How to use the tickets?

    Please show the QR code in “My Account” to our staff at the entrance.

  8. What should I do if I have filled in incorrect information?
